Essentials Plan (Starting at $1,999/mo)

B. One round of photos each month (1-hour shoot). Delivers up to 30 final edits per month.

C. One round of videos each month (1-hour shoot). Delivers up to 1 final 15-30 second video per month, delivered within 1-2 weeks after the shoot date unless expedited with a $99 fee agreed to at least 6 weeks prior.

D. Up to 8 SEO-optimized blogs published per month, produced entirely in-house.

E. Additional Site Pages for Operational efficiency and SEO: FAQ, Terms, and Privacy Policy disclosures regarding data.

Website Limitations:

• Website Complexity: Limited to a simple, high-performing design with basic features.

• Customization: Minimal customization options. You’ll select your 5 main colors for the site swatches, deliver your logo or have us design one for $99, and we’ll provide you with the general outline of the home page sections layout, about page, services page, contact verbiage, FAQ’s, terms, privacy policy data disclosures all else based on our prior analysis and future recommendation.

• Sections/Pages: Limited to up to 5 pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Resources, Contact- for example).

• E-commerce: Not included; basic lead capture forms only.

Preparation and Expectations

• Website Development: Prior to beginning work on your website, we’ll request a meeting to gather detailed information about your business, including your services, target audience, and branding goals. A 50% deposit is required to initiate the project.

• Content Creation: For photo and video shoots, we require at least 6 week’s notice for scheduling. Clients should provide a brief outline of goals, required props, and any specific preferences for shoot style or themes.

Ongoing Content: Monthly photo and video shoots are designed to maintain your brand's visual appeal. Clients will receive access to digital proofs within 7-10 days of the shoot for review and final approval.

Website Development Terms

Once work begins on any website project, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

1. Cancellations During Initial Stages:

   • If the project is less than halfway complete, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total remaining balance will apply.

2. Cancellations During Advanced Stages:

   • If the project is at or beyond the halfway point or nearing final completion, the total remaining balance will be due in full.

Media Production Terms

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled photoshoot or video shoot to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests should be made 1 week prior to the shoot date. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduling fee.

These policies ensure fairness and accounts for the time, effort, and resources invested into your projects.

• Content Ownership: Once final payments have been made, you own the rights to use your website and all associated content (photos, videos, designs) for promotional, business, and personal purposes.

• Promotional Use: Dream Homes Media retains the right to showcase any completed projects in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

Restrictions: You may not resell or redistribute content without explicit written permission from Dream Homes Media.

For shoots located beyond 10 miles from our primary location, a standard mileage fee will be applied. If lodging, meals, or other related expenses are required, these costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance before being added to the final invoice. We ensure full transparency in outlining these expenses to avoid any surprises.

RAW File Requests (Photo or Video)

If you require access to RAW files, this must be arranged at least six weeks before the shoot or at the time of booking.

A processing fee of $9.34 per gigabyte applies to the transfer of RAW content. For example:

• Transferring up to 32 GB: $299

• Transferring up to 64 GB: $598

This fee covers the time, processing, and system resources required to manage high-capacity file transfers efficiently. Access to these files will be available for up to 14-days after the delivery (which will be within 1-2 weeks after the shoot).

Expedited Services

If expedited delivery is needed for websites, photo/video content, or other services, a rush fee will apply based on the project scope. Expedited requests must be confirmed at least six weeks prior to the shoot date with all balances fully paid before production begins.

Delivery Timelines for Expedited Services:

• Photo/Video First Drafts: Delivered within 3-5 business days

• Standard Delivery: Delivered within 2-4 weeks

Process Overview:

1. Pre-Shoot Planning:

   • Storylines, shoot schedules, music selections, and editing expectations are collaboratively developed and approved with the client.

   • A “Run of Show” schedule is confirmed and reviewed before production begins.

2. On-Shoot Day:

   • Real-time adjustments are documented and reviewed with client sign-off at the end of the shoot.

3. Post-Shoot Review:

   • First drafts are delivered for client review within the expedited timeline. Revisions are documented, approved, and finalized collaboratively.

4. Final Deliverables:

   • Photos: Clients receive access to an online gallery within the agreed timeframe. Clients select their favorite images (based on package limits), which are finalized, watermark-free, and delivered in full resolution for easy download.

   • Videos: Final edits are delivered, ensuring alignment with all previously approved stages and client expectations.

• Lead Generation Automation:

  • Included in the Elite Plan and available as an add-on for the Advanced Plan at $99/month.

• LSA Design and Ads:

  • Included in both the Advanced and Elite Plans for enhanced visibility and SEO.
